    Adopting a multi-layer glaze system of "base glaze+transparent glaze+dry grain glaze": the base glaze ensures adhesion, the transparent glaze uses low surface tension materials such as potassium feldspar and sodium feldspar (to reduce melt viscosity), and the dry grain glaze adds high aluminum components to enhance high-temperature stability. By utilizing the difference in expansion coefficients between different glaze layers, conditions are created for crack formation. First, apply base glaze on the surface of the clay body, then cover it with transparent glaze, and finally spray dry grain glaze (dry grain size 60-150 mesh); After glazing, perform gradient drying to ensure uniform adhesion of the glaze layer and no bubbles. First, raise the temperature at a rate of 70-80 ℃/h to 1200-1300 ℃, and hold for 20-30 minutes to fully melt the glaze layer; Quickly cool down to 1100-1160 ℃, then heat up again to 1330 ℃ and hold for 4-5 hours, using temperature difference stress to allow the glaze layer to naturally crack; The final natural cooling results in a stable ice cracking effect of "fine interlocking and natural layering" of the cracks. After firing, the molten glaze of the transparent glaze layer will fill some cracks, retaining the texture of ice cracks and avoiding gap fouling. At the same time, the surface texture will be optimized through soft polishing technology. This technique not only restores the natural texture of traditional ice cracks, but also solves the problem of traditional ice crack glazes being prone to dirt absorption through modern formulas, making plain clay bricks both artistic and practical.
