Even if it carries heavy cargo for a long time, it is not easy to get scratched or worn, and the service life is extended by more than 30%.

Anti-slip
The surface of coffee colored ceramic tiles has a micron-level concave and convex texture, with a dry friction coefficient of 0.7 and a wet friction coefficient of 0.6, reaching the anti-slip standard R10 level. In a humid environment, the anti-slip effect is significant when pedestrians or cargo are transported, which can effectively reduce the risk of slipping.

Antibacterial And Acid-resistant
The surface of coffee colored ceramic tiles is covered with a silver ion antibacterial glaze layer. The silver ions are evenly distributed in the molecular structure of the glaze, which can effectively inhibit the growth of common bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial rate is as high as 99%. At the same time, the glaze has strong chemical stability. In an acid-base environment with a pH value of 2-12, its chemical corrosion resistance is more than 3 times better than that of ordinary tiles.

Heat Insulation And Fire Resistance
Coffee colored ceramic tiles adopt a honeycomb microporous structure, with a porosity of 8%-10% and a thermal conductivity of only 0.3W/(m・K), which is 25% lower than that of ordinary tiles, and has a good heat insulation effect. The fire resistance level reaches A1, and it will not burn or deform at a high temperature of 1000℃, and will not release harmful gases.
