Soft Glazed Polished Tiles

Soft glazed polished tiles are made of high-quality clay, feldspar, quartz and other natural mineral raw materials. They are pressed and formed after scientific proportions, and then fired at high temperature to form a brick blank. A specially formulated glaze is then applied on the surface. The glaze is fired at low temperature twice to form a unique soft glaze layer. Then, professional polishing equipment is used to grind the glaze surface to a high-gloss surface through mechanical grinding and polishing processes.

Flexural Resistance
Soft glazed polished tiles adopt a multi-layer composite structure, consisting of a wear-resistant glaze layer, a high-strength body layer and a dense base layer. The body layer is made of selected kaolin, feldspar and other raw materials, and is fired at 1280℃ to form a dense crystal structure with a Mohs hardness of 6-7, and a flexural strength of more than 55MPa, which is about 20% higher than that of ordinary polished tiles. Nano-alumina particles are added to the glaze layer, which is evenly attached through screen printing technology, with a thickness of 0.8-1.2mm, effectively dispersing external pressure to ensure that the product is not easy to crack and break during long-term use.

The surface of soft glazed polished tiles is covered with a nano-level anti-seepage glaze layer. Silane coupling agents and organic fluorides are added to the glaze, which forms a 0.05-0.1μm-level micro-pore structure after high-temperature melting, significantly reducing the water absorption rate to below 0.05%.
