Marble Design Ceramic Tiles

Marble design ceramic tiles use high-temperature and high-pressure pressing technology to mix high-quality natural clay with corundum particles with a Mohs hardness of 7 to form a dense crystal structure. The surface is deeply polished for more than 2,800 revolutions, and the wear resistance coefficient reaches more than 4 levels. The wear rate is 35% lower than that of ordinary polished tiles in daily use, which can effectively resist long-term friction and heavy drag.

Antibacterial And Anti-fouling Surface
The surface of marble design ceramic tiles is covered with a nano-scale titanium dioxide coating, which decomposes bacterial cell walls through the principle of photocatalysis, and the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus reaches 99.8%. At the same time, the coating forms a hydrophobic and oleophobic structure on the surface, with a water contact angle of 115°, making it difficult for stains to adhere.
