Porcelain Wood Grain Brick
Description
Technical Parameters
【Product Introduction】
Porcelain wood grain brick is a building material that combines the aesthetics of wood grain with the characteristics of ceramic tiles. Its core material is a full-ceramic body made of natural clay fired at high temperatures. In terms of manufacturing technology, the mainstream adopts digital inkjet and underglaze color combination technology. The wood grain pattern is printed layer by layer on the surface of the brick through high-precision inkjet equipment, and then a transparent glaze layer is applied and sintered at a high temperature of more than 1200℃, so that the texture and glaze are deeply integrated, achieving a full color and wear resistance.
【Product Features】
Anti-slip
The surface of the porcelain wood grain brick is covered with anti-slip glaze through 3D inkjet technology, forming a microscopic concave-convex texture with a depth of 0.15mm and a friction coefficient of 0.65. The tile can still maintain good grip in a humid environment, reducing the risk of slipping even when people move frequently or goods are carried.
Wear-resistant
The glaze layer on the surface of the porcelain wood grain brick has a hardness of Mohs 7 and can resist scratches from common sharp objects such as keys and metal carts.
Waterproof And Moisture-proof
The double-layer body structure of the porcelain wood grain brick is combined with a nano-level anti-penetration glaze, and the water absorption rate is less than 0.5%, which is significantly lower than the 1%-3% water absorption rate of ordinary tiles. It is difficult for water molecules to penetrate into the interior of the brick, and there will be no expansion, deformation or mold problems even in a humid environment or under frequent cleaning.
