Product Introduction
Natural jade glazed polished tiles are made of high-quality porcelain clay. Natural jade powder and special glaze are scientifically proportioned and formed through precision blank making process. The blank is first bisque fired at high temperature, and then the glaze containing jade components is evenly sprayed on the surface with a high-pressure spray gun. Then it is calcined at high temperature for the second time to fully melt and crystallize the glaze surface, and finally form a dense surface with jade texture.

Compression And Flexure Resistance
Natural jade glazed polished tiles adopt a three-layer composite structure design. The bottom layer is a high-strength clay body, which is fired at 1280℃, with a density of 2.3g/cm³ and a compressive strength of 120MPa, far exceeding the 80-100MPa of ordinary polished tiles. The middle layer adds 15% nano-alumina to enhance toughness, with a flexural strength of 55MPa, which can withstand a heavy pressure of more than 200kg/㎡, effectively avoiding damage during transportation and construction.
Wear-resistant And Stain-resistant
The surface of natural jade glazed polished tiles is covered with 0.8mm thick natural jade glaze, with a Mohs hardness of 6, and a wear resistance of 40% higher than that of ordinary glazed tiles. The glaze is micro-crystallized, with a surface porosity of less than 0.1%, making it difficult for stains to penetrate, and the anti-fouling level reaches 5 in daily use.
Waterproof And Anti-penetration
The body of natural jade glazed polished tiles is pressed under high pressure and fired at high temperature to form a dense crystal structure with a water absorption rate of less than 0.5%. The glaze surface adopts nano-level sealing technology to form a molecular-level waterproof film with a water vapor permeability of only 0.02g/㎡・h, which can effectively prevent water penetration.
