【Product Introduction】

Brown glazed polished tiles are crafted using high-quality clay or porcelain clay as the base material. After a precise scientific proportioning process, minerals such as quartz and feldspar are blended in. The mixture is then ground into a uniformly fine slurry by a ball mill, and through spray drying, it is transformed into a malleable green body with excellent plasticity. A specially formulated brown glaze is applied to the surface of the green body. During high-temperature firing, the glaze melts and bonds tightly with the body, creating a glaze layer that serves both protective and decorative functions. Subsequently, the tile surface undergoes meticulous polishing using specialized equipment. Through the physical friction between the high-speed rotating polishing wheel and the tile surface, the minute protrusions on the glaze layer are removed, resulting in a smooth, glossy mirror-like finish.

Durable
The Mohs hardness of brown glazed polished tiles reaches level 6, and the wear resistance is 35% higher than that of ordinary polished tiles. They are not easy to be scratched and worn in daily use.

Waterproof
Nano-scale silica materials are incorporated into brown glazed polished tiles during the glaze firing process, and they are calcined at 1280℃ to form a molecular waterproof barrier. Compared with ordinary polished tiles, their water absorption rate is only 0.1%, which can effectively prevent water stains and mold growth.
