They are mixed in scientific proportions, given a dense structure by high-pressure molding technology, and then fired at a high temperature of more than 1200℃ to make the body fully vitrified. Its surface adopts multiple glazing processes, such as glazing, inkjet printing and glaze polishing, to achieve a uniform bright white texture and delicate texture effect.

High-purity Raw Materials
White high quality porcelain tiles use more than 95% natural kaolin and quartz sand as the basic raw materials. The impurities are removed by magnetic separation and iron removal process to ensure that the whiteness of the tile body reaches the international standard L value of more than 90, which is 20% higher than ordinary tiles.

High Hardness
The Mohs hardness of white high quality porcelain tiles reaches 6, and the compressive strength reaches 120MPa, which is 30% higher than conventional tiles.
