Product Introduction
The Luxury Glossy series is a high-end glazed polished ceramic tile that uses high-pressure molding and high-temperature firing processes. The body is dense and has low water absorption (in line with ceramic tile standards). The surface is professionally polished to present a mirror like luster, with strong visual extensibility, suitable for high-end scenes such as hotel lobbies and banquet halls. We provide PEI grading and third-party testing reports (water absorption, flexural strength, DCOF, stain/chemical resistance testing), and support straightening of large boards to achieve seamless paving of narrow seams. Low water absorption rate
By using high-density ceramic bodies (high-pressure forming+high-temperature firing), the capillary porosity is extremely low, the water absorption rate is reduced, and thus the frost resistance, stain resistance, and strength are improved.
Gloss and Polishing
The surface is treated with multiple layers of glaze and precision polishing to form a highly reflective mirror like luster.
Under the illumination of light, the brick surface is smooth and delicate, with uniform colors, which can significantly enhance the brightness and visual level of the space. It is widely used in high-end hotel lobbies, banquet halls, and commercial display areas.
Wear resistant
According to PEI testing, the wear resistance level reaches PEI 4 (example value), which can withstand high-frequency trampling and long-term use. The surface is not easy to scratch and does not lose luster.
Suitable for high traffic places such as hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, airports, etc
Anti slip safety
The surface has undergone anti slip treatment (optional matte or special glaze), and the wet friction coefficient DCOF is ≥ 0.42 (ANSI A326.3 test standard, example value),
Meets the anti slip safety requirements for indoor public spaces and light outdoor areas, providing comfortable, safe, and reliable walking.
Craftsmanship and Quality Assurance
► Formed using a 7200 ton high-pressure press, the billet has high density and stable structure;
►The glaze layer is treated with digital inkjet printing and nano polishing technology, resulting in a realistic color and smooth surface;
► ISO 9001 quality management system controls the entire production process;
► The product has passed third-party testing and certification by SGS/Intertek/CNAS, and a complete testing report can be provided;
► Before each batch leaves the factory, key indicators such as water absorption, wear resistance, and dimensional deviation are tested to ensure product consistency and stability.
