Product Features
After firing at 1280 ℃, the white luxury polished brick has a density of 2.6g/cm ³,. This high-density material gives the product excellent anti fouling performance, and surface stains are difficult to penetrate. Daily maintenance only requires wiping with a damp cloth to restore smoothness
The surface of white luxurious polished tiles is covered with a 0.1μm thick nano-scale anti-fouling coating, which uses a supramolecular structure to form a tight protective layer. The contact angle between water molecules and the coating is 115°, making water roll off the surface of the tile in a beaded shape and difficult to penetrate. At the same time, the coating effectively isolates stain molecules, and daily liquid splashes and stains can be easily wiped off.

Raw Material Selection
White luxurious polished tiles are made of high-purity kaolin, high-quality quartz sand, feldspar and other raw materials.
Mixed Grinding
The selected raw materials are put into the ball mill, and appropriate amount of water is added in proportion. The raw material particles are fully ground and mixed for a long time to refine the raw material particles to micron level to form a uniform and fine mud.
Pulping And Iron Removal
The ground mud is treated with iron removal equipment to remove possible iron impurities.
Spray Granulation
The iron-removed slurry is atomized into fine droplets in the granulation tower by high-pressure spraying, and then quickly dried into granules after full contact with hot air.
Pressing And Molding
The granulated raw material particles are pressed into bricks of certain shape and size under high pressure using a high-precision hydraulic press.
Brick Drying
After the ceramic tile is pressed and molded, the free water, adsorbed water and chemically bound water in the bricks need to be evaporated through a drying process due to the high water content inside the bricks.
High-temperature Combustion And Firing
Firing is the core process in the ceramic tile manufacturing process. The ceramic tile is placed in a high-temperature kiln and fired at a temperature range of 1220-1250 degrees Celsius for 60-80 minutes to make the ceramic tile undergo sufficient physical and chemical reactions.
Fine Polishing And Grinding
After firing, the ceramic tiles are finely polished through multiple polishing processes using polishing tools of different grits. From rough polishing to fine polishing, the surface finish and mirror effect of the ceramic tiles are gradually improved, making the white ceramic tiles present a luxurious texture and luster, while ensuring the surface flatness and dimensional accuracy, and finally forming high-quality white luxurious polished tiles.
