【Product Introduction】

White luxury polished tiles are made of high-white clay and quartz sand as the base material. After precise proportioning, they are refined into micron-sized particles through ball milling process, and the density of the green body is enhanced by high-temperature solid-phase reaction technology. Its manufacturing process includes spray granulation, high-pressure molding and high-temperature calcination above 1200℃, so that the brick body forms a glass phase and crystal phase composite structure, and the hardness is increased by more than 30%.

Product design advantages

High-hardness and wear-resistant structure

White luxury polished tiles adopt a double-layer composite structure. The surface is precisely polished for more than 28,000 revolutions to form a dense glaze with a Mohs hardness of 7, which is about 30% more wear-resistant than ordinary tiles. The bottom layer is made of kaolin and corundum particles mixed and fired in a ratio of 7:3, with a compressive strength of 120MPa. In high-traffic commercial places or frequent cargo handling scenarios, it can maintain no obvious wear marks on the surface for more than 15 years.

Nano-level waterproof coating

White luxury polished tiles use vacuum coating technology to cover the surface of the tile with a 0.3μm thick silica nano coating, forming a super hydrophobic structure with a water absorption rate of only 0.08%, which can effectively block water vapor penetration.

High precision

White luxury polished tiles use CNC cutting technology, and the tile size error is controlled within ±0.3mm, and the diagonal error does not exceed ±0.5mm.

Anti-fouling

White luxury polished tiles are made of special grade quartz sand with a purity of more than 95% as the base material. After being fired at 1280℃, the density reaches 2.6g/cm³, which is 20% higher than ordinary tiles. This high-density material gives the product excellent anti-fouling performance, and stains on the surface are difficult to penetrate. Daily maintenance only requires wiping with a damp cloth to restore the smoothness.
